"Welcome to 11 Quay Walls, in the market town of Berwick upon Tweed."11 Quay Walls is owned and run by Derek & Dianne Toward. Before taking on this new venture in February 2008, the Towards, for the previous five years ran a successful pub & restaurant - the Red Lion - in the Border village of Reston, with their son Richard as Head Chef. Derek and Dianne have travelled extensively, having lived in three countries, worked in nine and have visited over thirty countries. Hobbies include walking, reading, cookery, upholstery and sewing. They were involved over ten years in Rotary and round table in Southern Africa. They both hope that you have a pleasant stay with them, and if you require anything please don’t hesitate to ask. 11 Quay Walls is a no smoking home. Please take the time to read the checklist below. BOOKING CHECKLIST AND OTHER INFOMATION.
Guest House Tariff is £65.00 per room per night; £40.00 single supplement inc breakfast.
BOOKING.
A non refundable deposit of £20.00 of the total cost is payable asap. Cheques should be made payable to "11 Quay Walls" and sent to the address on the contact page.
ARRIVAL TIME
It is important that you let us know when you are arriving so that there is someone there to welcome you. Please telephone us that morning and confirm your arrival time. Your room will be ready from 4.00pm, or earlier by prior arrangement only.
DAY OF DEPARTURE
Please vacate your room by 10.30am.
PARKING
There is a car park at the rear of the house, where you can park for up to 2hours free. We’ll lend you a visitors permit if you require it for all day parking.
ROOM FACILITIES
All rooms have digital TV and wireless router for internet use, plus a hospitality tray. A hair dryer is also available in each room.
